How we check data
Facts about other companies' products go out of date fast, so every entry on this site has a source and a check date.
Official sources only
Facts about tools, plans and models are checked against the product's official page, and the entry links to it. If a fact can't be confirmed, the entry is published without a number.
A check date on every entry
Every entry in the professions, tools and resources catalogs has the month it was checked. Pages show it in the "Checked" line.
Prices and versions in one place
Prices, plans and model names are collected on the What's current page. Lessons explain the principles and link there; they keep a number only when an example doesn't work without it, and then the month sits right next to it.
A monthly review
Once a month the data and lessons are checked against their sources: services that closed or were renamed, prices, new entries. After the review the site is rebuilt.
