Publishing content
Before and after you publish: one idea, usefulness, facts, licenses and a review a week later.
What it is
A checklist for posts, articles and videos: one idea per piece, a first line that grabs attention, verified facts, a format that fits the platform, licenses for media and UTM tags. After you publish: reply to comments and log the results in your content plan.

BEFORE YOU PUBLISH
- [ ] One idea per post: you can sum it up in one sentence
- [ ] The first line hooks with something specific, not generalities
- [ ] It's useful: after reading, someone can do or understand something
- [ ] Facts and numbers are checked (see the "Check AI output before you publish" checklist)
- [ ] The format fits the platform: length, paragraphs, hashtags, cover image
- [ ] One call to action, tied to the goal of the post
- [ ] Licenses for images, video and music are checked
- [ ] Links have UTM tags
AFTER YOU PUBLISH
- [ ] You reply to comments in the first hour
- [ ] The post is marked as published in the content plan, with a link
- [ ] After 3-7 days, you've logged reach, saves, clicks and leads
- [ ] The best posts of the month are marked, so you can repackage them into another formatLessons that use it
