Weekly numbers review
30 minutes a week: collect your numbers, calculate, look for what changed and decide what to do next.
What it is
A Monday routine: revenue, funnel, cost per customer by channel, cash in your accounts and how many weeks it will last. You finish with two decisions: what to strengthen and what to stop. You can run your export through the prompt "Review your numbers for the period."
