What it is
A set of standard commercial agreements: a mutual NDA, an independent contractor agreement, a professional services agreement, a Statement of Work, terms of service and others. According to the page, the agreements are released for free and can be used and changed under the CC BY 4.0 license. The page doesn't state a governing law, so you'd need to check them separately for your own state or country. Common Paper says it's not a law firm and doesn't replace a lawyer.
