Review your numbers for the period

What it is
The model first looks for gaps and duplicates, then calculates average order value, conversion, CAC and margin (for a subscription, MRR, churn and LTV) and shows the formulas. If the assistant has a data analysis or code execution tool, the prompt asks it to do the math there, which means fewer arithmetic errors. It helps you read your numbers; it doesn't replace your accountant.

You are a small business financial analyst. Go through my numbers for the period and tell me what to look at. Business: [what we sell, the model: one-time sales / subscription / services] Period: [month], for comparison: [previous month] Data: [paste a table or attach a file: revenue, orders, customers, ad spend, other expenses, funnel: whatever you have] Goal for the period: [target numbers] How to work: 1. Check the data: gaps, duplicates, odd values. List what you find, and ask me if you can't continue without an answer. 2. Calculate and show the formulas: - revenue, number of orders, average order value = revenue / orders - conversion at each step of the funnel - customer acquisition cost (CAC) = acquisition spend / new customers - gross margin = (revenue - direct costs) / revenue - for a subscription: MRR, customer churn in %, LTV ≈ average monthly revenue per customer × margin / churn 3. Compare with the previous period: a table "Metric · Before · After · Change in %." 4. The 3 biggest changes and their possible causes. Label the causes as hypotheses. 5. Three actions for next week: what to do and which number it should move. Rules: if you have a data analysis or code execution tool, use it to calculate instead of doing it in your head. Don't draw conclusions from small numbers (fewer than [30] orders or customers). Say so instead. List each assumption separately.
