Lex

Writing Paid Checked: October 2026

A document editor with AI feedback on your writing.

What it is

Lex is an editor in the spirit of Google Docs: AI gives feedback on your text and helps with ideas and headlines. It has comments, version history and publishing by link. The paid Lex Pro subscription gives you stronger models (its help pages name GPT-4 and Claude Opus and Sonnet); you request a trial through support, and refunds are possible within a month. It's a good fit for people who write their own work and want a second pair of eyes on it.
