What it is
Wave offers a free Starter plan: unlimited invoices, estimates, bills from vendors and accounting entries. Online payments carry a fee of 2.9% plus $0.60 per card transaction. Automatic bank import and receipt recognition (OCR) from the app and email are paid features. It works well for a freelancer or a small studio that wants simple bookkeeping without a subscription. Prices on the pricing page are listed in US and Canadian dollars.
