AI can be confidently wrong about numbers, dates, quotes and links. This checklist is the last filter before you publish a post, article, email or report: what to verify against the original source and what to cut so the text sounds like you.

FACTS
- [ ] Every number, date and name is checked against the original source
- [ ] Quotes exist and belong to the person they're credited to
- [ ] Links open and lead to what they claim
- [ ] No "studies show" without a specific study
- [ ] Prices, plans and terms of other companies' services are checked against their website as of today

MEANING
- [ ] The text answers the task you set, not a similar one
- [ ] No contradictions between paragraphs
- [ ] Conclusions follow from the data and weren't added for effect
- [ ] In any calculation, at least one line is checked by hand

RISKS
- [ ] No income promises, guarantees, or medical or legal advice without caveats
- [ ] No one else's personal data
- [ ] Images and music have a clear license
- [ ] If the platform or your field requires a label for AI-generated content, it's there

VOICE
- [ ] It sounds like you: no stock phrases like "in today's fast-paced world" or "let's dive in"
- [ ] Extra introductions and repetition are cut
- [ ] You read it aloud and nothing sounds off
