Amulex: sample contracts (Russia)

What it is

A catalog of sample contracts in Russian (the page lists more than 1,200 documents) that, according to the site, are checked by lawyers and free to download. There are separate collections, for example contracts with self-employed people. The site is Russian: the samples are written for Russian tax and business forms, that is the self-employed, sole proprietors and companies. A paid service that prepares a document to order is sold next to them (from 5,990 rubles according to the page); you don't need it to download the samples. This is a template, not legal advice.
