An AI learning plan for your job
Four weeks, 30 minutes a day, on your real tasks: what to do and what you should end up with.
What it is
The model picks three of your work tasks where AI helps the most with the least risk, then builds a day-by-day plan. By the end you have one working process you repeat every week, plus three signs that show the plan worked. It pairs well with the course: the lessons teach the basics, and the plan ties them to your job.

Make a plan for learning to use AI in my work in [4] weeks. I can study [30] minutes a day. My profession: [who I am and what I do] My typical work week: [5 to 7 tasks that take the most time] My experience with AI: [none / I ask questions in a chat / ...] What I use at work: [email, spreadsheets, CRM, software] Constraints: [monthly budget for subscriptions, whether I'm allowed to upload work data, my employer's AI policy] Do the following: 1. From my tasks, pick 3 where AI will help the most with the least risk. Explain the choice in one sentence. 2. A week-by-week plan. For each day: what to do on my real task (not a practice one), how many minutes, and what should come out of it. 3. Week 1 is the basics: how to give a task and how to check an answer. Week 4 is one finished work process I'll repeat. 4. For each week: what type of tool is needed (a chat assistant, meeting transcription, spreadsheet work, etc.) and whether a free plan is enough. 5. What not to trust AI with in my profession, and why. 6. How to tell after a month that the plan worked: 3 measurable signs (for example, how many minutes I save on task X). Rules: don't name specific prices or model versions, since they change quickly. If my profession involves medicine, law or finance, remember that AI helps but doesn't replace the judgment of a licensed professional.
