Client funnel
Clients by stage from first contact to payment, with conversion rates, revenue and average sale worked out for you.
What it is
Each new contact is a row. When a client passes a stage (replied, had a call, got a proposal, paid), put a 1 in the matching column, and the bottom block counts the stages, conversion percentages, revenue and average sale. Paste it into cell A1 of a blank Google Sheets spreadsheet. A pivot table on the "Source" column shows which channel brings in clients. If other people can see the sheet, or you upload it to an AI tool, write "Client A" or an internal number instead of names.

Tip: put a 1 when a client passes a stage. There's room for 20 clients; if you need more, insert rows inside the list, not below it, so the totals pick them up.Professions it helps
