What it is
Expensify reads receipts with SmartScan: take a photo in the app, email it to [email protected] or upload a file, and the amount, date and merchant fill in automatically. Entries become expense reports for a client or an accountant. On a personal account SmartScan is free with no limit; paid workspaces from $5 per member per month add categories, tags and integrations with accounting systems. Expensify's assistant categorizes expenses only on paid workspaces.
