Review request
A review request with three simple questions and a promise to get the client's OK on the text before you publish it.
What it is
A review is easiest to get in the first few days after you deliver the work, while the result is fresh. The three questions "how it was, what changed, who you'd recommend it to" produce a review with specifics instead of "everything was great." Get the client's approval of the text before publishing. Don't offer discounts or gifts for a review: many platforms prohibit it, so check your platform's rules.

SUBJECT: Quick favor — 3 questions about our work
Hi [Name],
[Project] wrapped up [when]. Thank you for [something specific: your quick replies / your trust / the detailed materials].
I'd like to ask a small favor: a short review. It helps future clients know what to expect from working with me. You can reply right here with 2–3 sentences:
1. What was the situation before we started?
2. What changed afterward? If you have a number, great.
3. Who would you recommend this kind of work to?
If it's easier, you can leave a review here: [link to your profile or platform].
Before I publish anything, I'll send you the text for your approval. I can credit you with just your first name and your field, without your company name, whichever you prefer.
If you're too busy right now, no problem at all.

HOW TO REFINE THIS WITH AI
When the client replies: "Here is a client's review: [text]. Make a short version for my website, up to 40 words. Keep their words and meaning, and don't add or strengthen anything. Separately, list what in the short version needs the client's approval." Publish only the version the client has approved.Professions it helps
