Gemini Notebook

What it is

Gemini Notebook (called NotebookLM until July 2026) is Google's assistant for working with your own materials. You upload PDFs, Google Docs, links, YouTube videos and audio, and the answers are built from those sources, with citations. It can make audio and video overviews, mind maps and data tables, and run Deep Research. The free plan is available with a personal Google account; higher limits come with Google AI and Workspace plans. According to Google, uploaded data isn't used to train its models.
