What it is

Jivo collects messages from your website, Telegram, VK, MAX, Viber and email in one window, with a built-in CRM. The free plan includes the website chat, the channels listed, a contact form and up to two operators. The AI operator answers routine questions and collects contacts, and the AI assistant gives hints to the manager; both are paid add-ons. The interface is in Russian and the prices on the site are in rubles.
