Competitor analysis
3 to 5 competitors → a table of promises, prices and weak spots, plus 3 positioning options.
What it is
The model builds a table of your competitors, finds the baseline they all share, and uses complaints in reviews to spot gaps nobody fills. If the assistant has web search, it adds a link for every fact. If not, it works only from the materials you paste and writes "no data" instead of guessing.

You are a market analyst. Build a competitor analysis I can use to choose my positioning. My product: [what I sell, to whom, at what price] Market: [the US, or the state or metro area I serve; language] Competitors: [3 to 5 names with links] Materials: [paste text from their websites, pricing pages and customer reviews. The more you give, the more accurate the result] Sources: if you have web search, use it and give a link for every fact. If you don't, work only from the materials above. If there's no data, write "no data." Don't fill gaps with guesses. Do the following: 1. A table: Competitor · Who they sell to · Main promise (in their words) · Price and payment model · Strengths · Weaknesses (from reviews, with a quote) · Where they get customers. 2. What all the competitors have in common: the baseline customers expect from everyone. 3. What nobody does, or does badly, based on complaints in reviews. 4. Three positioning options for me: a "who it's for and how we're different" sentence, what I'm risking, and what I'd have to prove. 5. Five questions to ask customers that will help me choose an option. At the end, give the date of the data and say which part of the analysis is the least reliable.
